In the film the two stars sings a duet of “CC the World”, which was written by Pharrell at Lagerfeld’s request. Lagerfeld expressed what it was like to have Pharrell work with him, saying that he sent “all kinds of Viennese music” to inspire the new track. Lagerfeld also said: “He was easy to work with, very pleasant. He’s very professional.”

The fashion brought to the forefront is stunning and gives us a glimpse of the extravagant forms of dress that were once used throughout the royal courts of Europe, which still inspire fashion on cat walks every year.
